Organisation

The Together Nursing project has a project organization in several layers.

First of all, the assignment was written for the National Consultation on Nursing Education (LOOV), with Fontys University of Applied Sciences as the initiator. 

The LOOV decided it would like to continue working with the results of the flagship project and committed itself to the assignment. They decided with each other that the Nursing program already had such a collaboration, so they were ready for this assignment.

It was possible within this project to make use of the collaborations already gained through the LOOV during the Bachelor Nursing 2020 course. The 17 affiliated Bachelor of nursing programs have drawn up one joint program profile and also share the structure of the curricula.

Project management

The project management of the Together Bachelor of Nursing project is divided into four themes.

Project Implementers

The project team consisted of members/eduators from the 15 collaborating schools. Three members from each school participated in the project group:

A content education expert, has overview of the required new educational resources to be developed and the already existing educational resources they could offer on the platform.

A community ambassador, is active for activating the community and setting up the community. 

Information manager, experts in ICT, media, and copyrights.

Steering group

The fifteen collaborating universities are all members of the LOOV. The LOOV contact persons of the participating institutions formed the steering committee. During the project, the project management communicated the progress of the project to the steering committee. The members of the steering committee provided advice on the necessary project implementers. They also monitored the work from the respective college and monitored the work hours incurred.
